Registration Information 

Class sizes are limited in Kindergarten – 2nd grade to 20 students per class, and in 3rd -8th grades to 25 students per class. Extended care (before and after school) is available to our school families at an additional charge.

Registration Fees

A non-refundable family registration fee of $300.00 is required to reserve positions in the appropriate grades. A book fee of $110.00/per child covers expenses for special supplies, rental of textbooks, purchase of workbooks, testing materials, and classroom supplies.

For families registering two or more children, a single book fee is due with the registration fee with subsequent book fees due each month following.

Tuition Fees

Immanuel Lutheran School supports an innovative tuition structure.  Simply put tuition decreases as more students enroll as prescribed in the tuition table below!  Multi-child discounts are available to any family enrolling more than one child.  Active Duty and Reserve military families receive an additional 15% discount off their actual tuition costs.  Applications for financial aid are available in the school office who may need additional assistance.  Members of Immanuel Lutheran Church receive 30% tuition support from the congregation (active duty and reserve member families receive the greater 30% support in lieu of the military discount).

How to Enroll Your Child

1. Call the school office at (719) 636-3681 to set up an appointment for an interview.  

2.  Complete enrollment paperwork.

3.  Establish a time for grade placement test. 

4.  Provide all the following items prior to your child's scheduled testing appointment, or bring them with you at the appointed testing time:

•  A completed enrollment form (Download)

•  Family registration fee and $110.00 for 1st child book fee. This registration fee reserves space for all siblings with additional book fees due each month following the initial payment.

•  Student's immunization records.

•  Student's school records.

Tuition Support

Tuition support in the amount of 30% off of full tuition is provided by the Immanuel Lutheran Church congregation for faithful Immanuel Lutheran Church members. Contact the church office at (719) 636-5011 for further information .

Financial Assistance

Applications for financial assistance from Immanuel Lutheran Church and School are available in our school office for families who have registered for the upcoming school year.
