• Preschool - Available for children who reach the age of three by October 1st
• Pre-kindergarten - Available for children who reach the age of four by October 1st
• Afternoon child care available for morning students

ACADEMIC PROGRAM

In preparation for Kindergarten and a successful school experience, children are introduced to the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors, and recognizing and writing their names. Beyond these basics, children are encouraged to explore art, music, science and manipulative and dramatic play as they learn more about their world. 

EDUCATING THE WHOLE CHILD

Children flourish in a warm loving environment created by our trained, experienced staff. Spiritual, emotional, social, physical and academic needs are met throughout the constantly expanding variety of learning units offered throughout the year. Through Bible lessons, children are brought to know Jesus as their special friend and Savior, and learn that, with the help of God, they can become more like Jesus in their relationships with other people.

Each day children exercise on our playgrounds or in the school gymnasium. Once a week the children enjoy a visit from the school music teacher as she introduces them to a variety of songs and musical instruments.  The classes also enjoy visits from community helpers, field trips, and other hands-on learning experiences.

The children attend weekly chapel services,  appropriate musical and theatrical performances and other special programs that are available through the elementary school.  Sharing facilities with Immanuel Lutheran School offers other special benefits and opportunities for children and their families.  These include:
